WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC5 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and ERIK SMITH, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK A, OF BONNIE BAY COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES-PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
