Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 18, 2011, and entered into Civil Court Action 11-159-CI-13 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JOSEPH Q. MITCHELL is the Plaintiff and ANN MOORHEAD is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on August 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
The West 37 feet of Lot 6 and the East 10 feet of Lot 7, in Block 20, of West Central Avenue Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 35, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
and commonly known as: 3544 6th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
