NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 25 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-059823, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p. is the Plaintiff and dat q. pham, hongai t. nguyen a/k/a hongai t. nguyen and unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 71 and 72, block 4740, unit 70 cape coral, as per plat thereof, recorded in plat book 22, pages 58 through 87, of the public records of lee county, florida.
