NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-001310-CI-07; UCN 522011CA001310XXCICI, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GOLDEN ACRES RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a not-for-profit corporation, is Plaintiff, MARIE DONLEVIE, JOHN J. SMITH, JR., KAREN SMITH, THERESA MACDONALD, MOTOR CREDIT CORPORATION, VINCENT WAYNE ABELL, and MARLO ALEXIS ABELL are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2011, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 122 of GOLDEN ACRES RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7963, Page 1149, and Amendment to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 16612, Page 2026, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded on July 8, 1992, in O.R. Book 7963, Page 4600, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
