Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 11000454CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, SEMINOLE GARDENS APARTMENTS NO. 30-H, INC., a Florida Corporation, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are THERESA ROWAND; FRANCES JACKSON and RANDY W. JACKSON, as wife and husband, THERESA ROWAND; FRANCES JACKSON and RANDY W. JACKSON, as wife and husband; and FIRST HOME BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 30, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
