NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-ca-066903 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 18th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Reflection Isles, According to the Plat recorded in Clerks file number 2006-195399, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
