The West 45.00 feet of lot 39 and the East 15.00 feet of lot 40, Lake Seminole Vista Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 37, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as 10572 Lake Vista Drive, Seminole, FL 33772
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., L.P.A., whose address is 500 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 190, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is September 6, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
