Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgement of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at pubic auction to the highest bidder in cash online via www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 26, 2011, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 99 and 100, RIVERSIDE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 3, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
