NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 6th day of September, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit Number 10, and an undivided 5.075% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium of Morningside East Condominium II, as recorded in OR Book 3339, Pages 84 through 113, and plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 79, 80, and 81 both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
