Notice is HEREBY given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I filed on July 27, 2011, by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 11-CA-051370, I will sell at public sale on August 26, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property situated in Lee County, Florida as follows:
Lot 62, BILLY CREEK COMMERCE CENTER, UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 68, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
