WALSTEAD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD WALSTEAD A/K/A DONALD T. WALSTEAD N/K/A ANN WALSTEAD; LA COSTA BRAVA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on September 06, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 49, OF LA COSTA BRAVA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 62, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3673, PAGE 869 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
