Defendants, vern fish and laura fish, are hereby notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit A-201, CAPE REGATTA CONDOMINIUM, PHASE V, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1714, Pages 125 to 175, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, and all amendments thereto.
An action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JUSTIN ANGELO, ESQ., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is GREENBERG TRAURIG, P.A., 401 East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court within thirty (30) days; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint of petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
