NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-054650 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc successor by merger to abn amro mortgage group, inc, is Plaintiff, and david m. henry, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
that certain condominium parcel composed of unit 111, and an undivided share in those common elements, appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that certain declaration of condominium of ben mar condominium apartments, as recorded in official records book 1025 page 916, public records of lee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
