Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 26 day of July, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc. alternative loan trust 2005-66 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2005-66 is the Plaintiff, and jeffrey a. klemmer, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
lot 20 and the east 20 feet of lot 19, block 3, in that certain subdivision know as gulf heights, according to the plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of lee county, florida, in plat book 6, page 39.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 25 day of August, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
