Unit 507, Building 5, Windjammer, a Condominium, according to the Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 111, Pages 1 through 13, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 7935, Page 465, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
