NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-054196 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee For The Ace Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC2, is the Plaintiff and Joanna Fernandez, Yesenia Arocho, Berks Country, Pennslyvania, New Century Mortgage Corporation, Jose A. Ramos-Guzman A/K/A Jose Ramos, Riverside National Bank of Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 31 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
