NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-ca-056055 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-HE1, is the Plaintiff and Barry Black, Denise Black, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for GB Home equity, LLC, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 31 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
