NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 28, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-000361-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in Trust for the Benefit of the Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Trust 2004-R1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-R1, Plaintiff and Chalmer L. Ryder and Troy D. Ryder, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on December 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 46, MANKATO HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
