NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-ca-062544 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Thomas A. Vana, Jr. a/k/a Thomas Jr. A. Vana, Tenant #1 n/k/a Verginio Desire, Tenant #2 n/k/a Patrick Simon, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 31 day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
