NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-68507 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-A, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-A, is the Plaintiff and Ana L. Arias, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Tenant #1 n/k/a Lazaro Frontela, Tenant #2 n/k/a Manuela Frontela, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
