YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for the purpose of foreclosing any interest that you have in real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is located in PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, to wit;
LOT 13, BLOCK “Q”, REVISED PLAT OF CRYSTAL BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as: 528 TENNESSEE AVENUE, CRYSTAL BEACH, FL 34681.
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Kent D. McPhail, Esq., DUMAS & MCPHAIL, L.L.C., 126 Government Street, Mobile, AL 36602 on or before the 6th day of September, 2011 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately hereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
