NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 23, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-058098, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. u.s bank national association, as trustee, for the benefit of harborview 2005-08 trust fund (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ronald j. steedman; dawn steedman; john doe n/k/a james porter; jane doe n/k/a NICOLE porter, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 29 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 42, 43 and 44, in block 1174, of cape coral subdivision, unit 19 as recorded in plat book 13, at pages 121 to 135, in the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
