YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block B, PINE RIDGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Henry W. Hicks, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 3003 West Azeele Street, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33609 on or before September 2, 2011, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
