NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2010 entered in Civil Case No. 522009CA009589XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Pinellas, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 123, Building C, PARK SOUTH CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 101 through 103 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declarations of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5130, page 545, et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
