NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 522010CA017226XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FORECLOSURE ADVISORS, LLC is Plaintiff and BARBARA JEAN ANTHONY A/K/A BARBARA ANTHONY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA JEAN ANTHONY A/K/A BARBARA ANTHONY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK “B” BEVERLY HILLS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 32 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
