NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09 567 CI 008, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-4 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is Plaintiff and SANDY BARRY A/K/A SANDY ANN BARRY; BILAL ABDULLAH ISSA A/K/A BILAL ABDALLAH ISSA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
