NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52 2010 CA 017848, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5 is Plaintiff and HERBERT L. BOGARDUS, IV; MARY E. BOGARDUS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 26th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 26, AVON DALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
