NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed July 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-050376, DIVISION: H of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF DSLA MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR2 is Plaintiff, and DOLORES SHAWVER and CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.,, are Defendants.
