NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed July 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-ca-050469, DIVISION: L of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, n.a., as trustee ON BEHaLF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. home equity loan trust AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. home equity loan TRUST, series 2007-ASAP2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff, and JOSE L. RIVERA A/K/A JOSE RIVERA, CARMEN C. RIVERA A/K/A CARMEN RIVERA, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.
