NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale filed the 29 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-053879, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and CAROLE WASHER, MARINATOWN VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. c/o vandall, bonita d., a registered agent, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLE WASHER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 31 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 226, MARINATOWN VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1568, PAGE 2013, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS MAY BE AMENDED.

COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 1055 PALM AVE., #226, NORTH FORT MEYERS, FLORIDA 33903.
