NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 28 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-051416, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKER'S TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO SALAZAR, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3, FLOR SALAZAR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
