NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 28, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 10-CA-054398 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein MERRILL LYNCH CREDIT CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA E. BUONOCORE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE VIRGINIA E. BUONOCORE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 15, 1996; MERRILL LYNCH CREDIT CORPORATION; RISTORANTE ABRUZZO, INC.; BELLE MEADE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 29 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 26, OF BELLE MEADE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 47 THROUGH 50, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
