NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed July 9, 2010 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-052111 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. the bank of new york mellon, f/k/a the bank of new york, as successor to jp morgan chase bank, n.a., as trustee for the holders of sami ii 2006-ar4, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-ar4 is Plaintiff and kim m. kujath a/k/a kim kujath; unknown spouse of kim m. kujath a/k/a kim kujath if any; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants in possession, are defendants.
