NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-056785 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Indenture Trustee for Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2005-2, Plaintiff and Chad Kithcart and Michelle L. Kithcart a/k/a Michelle Lapadula are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit no. 2, building a, of phase i, villages of ascot, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 1939, page 4083, of the public records of lee county, florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
