NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed March 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-062610 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and TEN YEAR REALTY, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the August 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Block 4912, Cape Coral, Unit 74, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 111-131, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
