NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed May 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-056396 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and GUSTAVO TERAN, and SCHEHEREZADE TERAN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the August 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 51, Unit 5, Section 28, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 78, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
