lots 41, 42 and 43, block 171, san carlos park, unit 13, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in official record book 9, pages 192 to 201, in the public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 17432 lebanon road, fort myers, fl 33967; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on August 31, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
