NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 12, 2009 in Civil Case No. 36-2008-CA-008240, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein us bank national association, as trustee for the bnc mortgage loan trust 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and, daniel carrube; mary carrube; valerie carrube; laurel wood homeowners' association, inc.; suncoast schools federal credit union; and unknown tenant(S) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on September 1, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 2, block 8, laurelwood, section 5, township 45 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 33, pages 59 to 62, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
