NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 29 day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-054822, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. fka countrywide home loans servicing, l.p. is the Plaintiff and james e. allen, wells fargo bank, national association f/k/a wachovia bank, na, unknown spouse of james e. allen and unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 9 and 10, block d, of that certain subdivision known as estero bay shores, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of lee county, florida, in plat book 12, page 11.
