NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of June, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008CA003177, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR HSBC BANK USA, NA ACE 2006-NC1 BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT is the Plaintiff and GARY TIMM A/K/A GARY JEROME TIMM, PATTI B. TIMM A/K/A PATTI BAILEY TIMM, JANE DOE A/K/A JENNA TIMM and JOHN DOE A/K/A KAYLA TIMM IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 24th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, COUNTRY PALMS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 198, 199 AND 200, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
