NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 11, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2008-CA-009572, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2007KSI is Plaintiff, and MINDY G. BARKMAN-REYNOLDS, ET AL; are Defendants.
Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96 AND 97, BASS LAKE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 107 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
This property is located at the Street address of: 8671 Nicci Lane, New Port Richey, FL 34654.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
