NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March, 4, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 51-2010-CA-4127-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GEORGE D. DEMAKIS, is Plaintiff and CHRIS MARKOS and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose at 11:00 AM on August 23, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
FLOR-A-MAR SECTION 12-G PB 9 PG 134 LOT 25 & POR OF LOT 24 DESC AS: COM AT MOST NLY COR O LOT 24 FOR POB THE N57DEG22 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
And all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
