Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 1, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 205, BUILDING 18, OF THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, PAGE 3888, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 7411 VISTA WAY 205 , BRADENTON, FL 34202; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on AUGUST 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
