CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 106 OF LAGUNA AT RIVIERA DUNES III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2166, PAGE 1285, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 615 RIVIERA DUNES WAY,, PALMETTO, FL 34221; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on AUGUST 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
