and commonly known as: 2908 102ND AVE, PARRISH, FL 34219; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on AUGUST 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
