NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002281, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and MELISSA E SALAZAR, DIEGO A. SALAZAR and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 24th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, RIVER PLANTATION PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 93-115, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
