NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 21st day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012253, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, A TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF17 is the Plaintiff and RHONDA E. AUDSLEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN, A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; WILDEWOOD SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RHONDA E. AUDSLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 329 ALSO CARPORT I-11 OF SPRINGDALE VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786, PAGE 612 AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 84, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 113, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
