NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary Judgment on Verified Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Manatee County will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 31, 2011, at 11:00 a.m.:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence West 482 feet, thence North 698 feet to the South line of the Bradenton-Arcadia Highway; thence South and Southeasterly along said South line of the Bradenton-Arcadia Highway to its intersection with the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27; thence South along the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, 566 feet to the Point of Beginning.
