Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2010-CA-4916, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are SHARON M. DOVALA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON M. DOVALA. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 23, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 163 OF COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 6C, 6D AND 6E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
