NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009050 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and MARIA VISCONTI, SALVATORE VISCONTI, TWIN RIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN TENANT a/k/a MICHAEL GRIFFIN and JANE TENANT a/k/a CHARLOTTE GRIFFIN are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on August 24, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3033, TWIN RIVERS, PHASE III, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 130, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
